I don't have an FD but I can't imagine they changed the oil pressure sender connectors that much. it went to the correct pressure and next time i went to drive it, it was no longer working. Attach the other end to a new stock sensor. What I ended up doing most recently was dropping the oil pan and checking the regulators and pickup tube/screen. They are easily disabled if you care to do so (as I have done in my aircraft 20B engine build up, and on other 13 engines I have rebuilt). No, it doesn't mean you shouldn't idle the car.
