I disabled every extension I had running and had the same issue. Scroll down and click the link that says "Global Privacy Settings panel" Click that. This site allows you to ask questions and get answers from various posters, you may also answer any posts if you feel like you have input to give. Yes, Compatibility View helps, but not in all cases and you have to enable it for each page individually (Major P.I.T.A.).
